4. Intellectual Property

The Arbuda Developers website, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Arbuda Developers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Project Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom work created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• Typically, we require a deposit of 30-50% before project commencement
• Remaining payments are due according to agreed milestones or upon project completion
• Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and are subject to change based on client feedback, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays and work with you to adjust timelines as needed. Delays caused by late client feedback or content delivery may extend project timelines.

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revision rounds included in a project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees. Major changes to project scope after work has begun will require a revised agreement and may affect timelines and costs.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Upon request, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before discussing project details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbuda Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results from our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
